Spotlight Comedy Club Hosted by Resident Compere... Anthony J. Brown

Chesterfield's only comedy night, held once a month at Chesterfield's premier venue The Winding Wheel on Holywell street in the Town Centre. Previously held at the Arts Centre at Chesterfield College, the club has been running successfully for a number of years hosted by resident compere Anthony J. Brown.

The bar is open from 7:30pm and stays open until 11pm, the night features award winning established comedians as well as local and regional newcomers, no less than 3 comedians plus resident compere per eve, an absolute bargin!

Upcoming comedy evenings include a 'Christmas Comedy Special' featuring Lucy Porter, Duncan Oakley & Mick Sergeant, as well as sets in 2010 from Martin Bigpig, Danny Pensive, Daliso Chaponda and Chris Ramsey.
